Josie's Approach to Therapy
"I am passionate about working with individuals on their journey toward personal improvement and self-growth. I aim to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves, work through challenges, and build skills that support meaningful change. I am especially interested in helping clients navigate relationship concerns and anxiety, build insight and resilience, and feel supported while honoring their unique experiences and strengths. My approach is grounded in ethical and culturally responsive care, and I value meeting clients where they are. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you work toward your goals."
