Danielle's Approach to Therapy

"It is my pleasure to provide a compassionate space to each individual, couple, and family I work with. When attending therapy with me, clients can expect a completely holistic approach: obtaining insight and awareness by addressing behaviors, emotions, and patterns that are causing disharmony and pain, and working collaboratively to create meaningful and lasting change. I incorporate a multitude of theories in my work, allowing me to tailor my technique to each client's unique needs and strengths, and I am Level I and Level II trained in the Gottman Method for couples. I can also integrate faith and spirituality for clients seeking those lenses, and my approach is always grounded in multicultural care."
